Over the last 5 years I have had two separate courses of treatment with Emma Dodd at the Boxgrove Clinic. One for a tendinopathy (hip) and the other for a rotator cuff shoulder injury. In both cases, following treatment and exercise routine, I am 100% recovered.
I had shockwave treatment with Emma for my extremely painful frozen shoulder.
I am so impressed with how quickly my frozen shoulder is healing. I am so happy to report I have much more movement in my shoulder since I began the treatment.
Emma has also given me wedge exercises to complete at home and I am diligently completing them every day, which I am sure has helped with the healing process too.
Emma is very friendly and knowledgable, she immediately put me at ease.
I thoroughly recommend Emma and the shock wave treatment and wedge exercises I was given for my frozen shoulder.
I was advised by my knee replacement surgeon to have physio in preparation for my operation. I joined the lower limb class which was one hour per week . From this tuition I was able to exercise at home. One week after my knee replacement I joined the class again. Not easy at first but every week got better. I was determined to get my knee bending as much as possible and Emma made sure I did. Emma gave me encouragement and reassurance. Boxgrove is a 1st class operation. They are reasonably priced and all equipment is well maintained and clean. I look forward to my session at Boxgrove every week.
I was injured with 8 weeks to go before the London Marathon. Emma literally got me back on my feet - and I completed the Marathon! Thanks to Emma, Liney and The Boxgrove - a fantastic set up and excellent exercise plan. Highly recommended.
Emma was amazing. Not only did she help me physically but also mentally, increasing my confidence and helping me improve my relationship with my knee! She always listened and has changed my life
